New Member Orientation RSVP

We are stronger together!  Whether you are a parent, student, educator, or just a concerned community member, you can join 482Forward and help make the change you want to see. 

What does membership require?
  • Pay dues: $1/month
  • Attend a 3-hour New Member Orientation.  We offer an orientation every other month.  The dates are listed below.
  • Join a local action team, participate in network committees, and/or come to actions and events throughout the year.

What rights or benefits do members have?
  • Every 6 months, 482Forward votes on new campaigns and platform planks.  Only members may propose and vote on these topics.
  • Our Board is made up of representatives from each Action Team.  Only members may vote on Board representatives.

​All orientations are held on Zoom until further notice. Zoom links will be shared the Friday before the orientation.
